1. Log in the latest version of Dcoin APP and find the "IEO HUB" on the home page, then click to enter.

2. Click the list of projects under "Available" under "IEO HUB" as shown in the following figure. Take project LDT as an example:

3. Click "Lock-up" in the red box as shown below to enter the "Lock up" interface.

4. Enter the number of USDT you want to lock up, and then click "Lock Up", then you can get the IEO project purchase amount.

5. Enter the quantity to be purchased in the column of "Quantity", and click "Purchase". Please wait for the lottery after the purchase is completed. You can see the purchase progress on the top of the diagram.

6. The system will automatically distribute the token to your account if you win the lottery and deduct the cost of purchasing the token from the USDT lock up account.
