1. Basic Principles of Trading

1.1. These rules shall be put into effect as of the date of promulgation and shall be revised or improved from time to time. The revised or improved new rules shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.

1.2. Scope of application: if you continue to use the services of Dcoin, you shall be deemed to fully understand and accept the rules and the contents of the rules as revised or improved from time to time, and you shall voluntarily be bound by the rules.

1.3. If you do not agree with these rules and the revised or improved rules, please stop using the services of Dcoin immediately.

2. Purchase Rules

2.1. The purchased IEO tokens are not refundable, modified or cancelled.

2.2. Dcoin does not provide any support related to the IEO project.

2.3. If the user violates the laws and regulations, Dcoin will cancel his/her purchase qualification.

2.4. Benchmark pricing is based on USDT. Due to real-time changes in the exchange rate of token, the price of token may fluctuate in different periods.
