Didn’t Receive the Email Verification Number

In general, the current e-mail system has spam blocking features and rules. Please check your mailbox settings to see if the Dcoin verification message is categorized into spam.

If Dcoin Mail is blocked, do the following to ensure that subsequent dcoin messages are not categorized into spam;

Set Dcoin's related email address to whitelist (163 mailboxes as an example)

1, open and login to your 163 mailbox page;

2, click the settings link above the page, select the general settings;

3. On the left side of the page, select "Anti-spam/black and white list";

4. In the whitelist category, click on "Add White list";

5, and fill in "Dcoin.com", click OK;

6, finally remember to press "save" can;
